Using Access Codes
Access codes expire 2 years after purchase or once redeemed by the reader.
Clients redeem codes through our digital reader for the title and language assigned at purchased.
After redemption, clients retain access for at least 12 months (or longer as our program continues).
Access code orders are manually processed; the codes will be delivered to your inbox within 1 business day.
eBooks are accessed through our digital reader (Joomag) using the link provided with your codes and are not purchased directly through our website
