Using Access Codes
Access codes expire 2 years after purchase or once redeemed by the reader.
Clients redeem codes through our digital reader for the title and language assigned at purchased.
After redemption, clients retain access for at least 12 months (or longer as our program continues).
Access code orders are manually processed; the codes will be delivered to your inbox within 1 business day.
eBooks are accessed through our digital reader (Joomag) using the link provided with your codes and are not purchased directly through our website

Preparing for birth is a fabulous resource with updated evidence to support birth and birthing options.
I would love to see the “go in if your water breaks” section updated to discuss options and informed choice as this is based on care provider preferences and not evidence.
However, these books are incredible. The digital books are super easy to access and I hope this -more affordable option, for out of the US- continues long term.

I will always order this booklet for my childbirth classes and have for years now. The e-book has been a little difficult for the parents to download but I will continue to purchase then because tour products are top quality and I get amazing feedback about this product and your customer service is excellent! Hard times right now but you figured out a way! BRAVO!!!
I love PlumTree abs use this booklet all the time in my classes. But...my clients have had issues using their codes.
We have moved all our classes to a live online format via Zoom. I love being able to email our students their book. We also teach Newborn Care and Breastfeeding as stand alone classes so I wish we had both of those as eBooks too.

My experience overall with PlumTree Baby is excellent! Their products are exceptional! I am a childbirth educator and have used this booklet for years. My participants love it as well. I was amazed they came up with an electronic version but not surprised. But...many of my students had a difficult time with the codes. We figured it was the 0 vs O at some point, But that was the only issue!
